Whether you're having a problem uploading products to your store or you just can't get that image to display right, Solid Cactus' team of support engineers can throw you a lifeline.

As always, Solid Cactus provides free telephone and e-mail support for 30-days after a new or redesigned site is launched but we realize that some additional help may be needed beyond that period. We now offer two paid support options:

6 or 12 Month Support Contracts - provides you with e-mail and telephone access to our team of support representatives Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm ET. 6 month contract $289, 12 month contract $549.

Per-Incident Telephone Support - allows you to pay for support only when you need it at the rate of $45 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
